Lucelle Gutliffe, PMP

Lucelle Gutliffe, PMP, brings over 15 years of experience in the utility industry, working across both electric and gas projects in transmission, distribution, and services. Her background goes beyond project delivery—she has played a key role in PMO operations while also training and mentoring professionals who have gone on to become utility leaders. Known for her practical approach and focus on people development, Lucelle has also served as a union shop steward for IFPTE ESC Local 20 in San Jose, California, advocating for workers and strengthening collaboration between labor and management.
